Included: The renovated 1900 farm house has three bedrooms, with 12 extra-long twin beds, and two and a half baths. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and sleep four people. Visitors will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The house also contains living areas, television, and WiFi. The work room is 720 square feet. It has a television and 12 six-foot tables for work areas. Each work space has individual lights and outlets. The work room has a wet bar for entertaining, a cutting table, and ironing stations.

Deposit, Payment, and Cancelation Agreement
A $300 deposit is due within 10 days of reservation or the reservation will canceled. For payments, 50% of the balance is due 60 days prior to your stay. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days in advance. Full payment is due when reservations are made less than 30 days in advance.
Deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is not canceled within 60 days of the reservation.
